SPONSORSHIP

We enjoy working with co-hosts who are interested in the subject matter for our online events. Expertise is not required. Interest is. We offer two levels of sponsorship.

PAID SPONSORSHIP - We ask for a donation of at least $500 (US) and a link on your website as well as promotion via backchannel email and traditional modes of communication. Donors will be mentioned on the event page. Logos can be included in the summary document(s).

UNPAID SPONSORSHIP - We ask for a link on your website as well as promotion via backchannel email and traditional modes of communication.

Sponsors who wish to be active participants should register online the Planeta Forum and fill out the event registration form.

GENERAL TIPS

Review our previous events. This will give you an idea how we have conducted online dialogues in the past. That said, each event has it share of wonderful surprises.

SPECIFIC REQUESTS

1) Bridge the natural and virtual worlds! Optional. Host a real world discussion or roundtable event. Such a discussion can occur before, during or after the online dialogue. Announce and summarize what you do online our forum.

2) Review how the event is featured on Planeta. Please offer suggestions before, during and after the event. Feedback is welcome at each stage.

3) Feature the event on your website. Use your home page to announce the event. If you need artwork, let us know. Share the news in online via forums and websites you respect.

4) Promote the event via professional contacts. Mention the event via email and talk about the topics in old-fashioned face-to-face conversations!

5) Participate!
Co-sponsors lead by example. Budget time to participate and prepare thoughtful commentary before the discussion begins. During the event, listen and respond in a thoughtful manner.

6) Stay in touch! You can post updates and recommended readings after the event on our forum. Share the news.
